Non-Refundable Tickets All tickets purchased for ABBA Night are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or future events. Dietary Requirements Guests with dietary requirements must notify the event team by emailing eventsandmarketing@crownspahotel.com at least two weeks prior to the event. The venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs submitted after this deadline, but cannot guarantee fulfilment. Entry and Identification Guests must present a valid ticket at the entrance. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is lost, stolen, or deemed invalid. Health & Safety All guests must comply with venue safety instructions. The organiser reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour endangers others or violates venue rules. Photography & Recording By attending, guests consent to photographs, audio, and video recordings being taken during the event for promotional purposes.
